Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Bereshit Academy. We value your time and the dedication of our instructors. To ensure a professional and consistent learning environment, we have established the following policy:

1. CLASS CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

• 24-hour notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a private lesson.
• Late cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, the full lesson fee will be charged (or one lesson credit will be deducted from your package).
• No-shows: If a student does not show up to a session within the first 15 minutes, the session will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged in full.

2. GROUP COURSES

• Registration for group courses is final once the course has started.
• No refunds or credits will be provided for individual missed sessions within a group course. However, we may provide recordings of the lesson (if applicable).

3. REFUND POLICY

• Course packages: Refund requests for unused lesson packages can be made within 14 days of purchase, provided that no lessons have been taken. A small administrative processing fee may apply.
• Started packages: Once a lesson package or course has commenced, no refunds will be issued for the remaining balance.

4. TECHNICAL ISSUES

• If a lesson cannot take place due to a technical failure on our end, the lesson will be rescheduled at no extra cost to the student.
• If the technical issue is on the student's end (e.g., poor internet connection), the lesson will be charged as scheduled.
